Meet Sara Wallace Boyd: A Native Texan and University of Oklahoma graduate and 25+ year resident of Norman, I love being a part of this unique city. Four years ago, I chose to specialize my real estate career by co-representing Federal National Mortgage (Fannie Mae) foreclosed properties. Prior to real estate, I oversaw the marketing and executive roles for several exclusive, assisted living communities. I am, therefore, very experienced in working with a diverse clientele, both socioeconomically as well as multigenerational. I have been in the field of real estate, in one capacity or another, since 1998, first becoming a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in 2007. I have earned my Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification as well as being the only Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Agent within our company. I am one of a handful of Realtors in the state that list and sell for Fannie Mae. Aside from foreclosures and short sales, I am also experienced in representing Buyers, Sellers, investment properties and residential single-family homes. Being a firm believer in giving back, I have been an active volunteer for The Oklahoma Assisted Living Association, Alzheimer's Association, and a local 501c3 non-profit feline rescue, Hands Helping Paws. I whole-heartedly believe that incorporating music and arts are fundamentally key to living a happy, enriched life.
